CAS creates opportunities for smallholder farmer members to become FEA. They're trained to supply inputs, advise on best crop and farm management, together with other associated services to CAS members. They're self-employed and serve as focal points in their Farming communities.

CAS comprises enterprising smallholder farmer members in Cameroon. Members are committed to transforming their farm operation, regardless of size, into commercially viable enterprises. Working in partnership with CAS, members benefit and utilize the newest agricultural technologies while adopting agricultural best practices. Due to their access to continuous training and development, they work on improving their crop and farm management, leadership and managerial skills with the goal of improving their farm operations.
CAS members will achieve great success due to a comprehensive suite of end to end services aimed at increasing agricultural productivity, yields, income, profit and livelihoods.
